It's delicious! A perfect, low-alcohol cousin to a mimosa or even a cold glass of prosecco. The sweet bubbles, with only a slight edge of bitter, would seem an especially good companion to something salty and savory — like a nice, slow Saturday morning brunch.

Great suggestions on the name, Lorraine! Maybe I should call it the Campari Sunrise. :-)
